BIO

Andra Strimaitienė is a scientific researcher at the Department of Archaeology of Lithuanian History Institute. Trained as an archaeologist at Vilnius University, she has a particular interest in Iron Age settlement sites, smelting sites, as well as landscape analysis. Her favorite topic is humans and soils in the past, and she is enthusiastic about using geochemical and soil science methods in archaeology.
