My research interests are varied and revolve around ancient communities of Pontic steppes. My current research is concerned with the development, evaluation, and application of statistical and spatial methods for the typology of artefacts of the Late Bronze and Early Iron Age. Besides that, I am particularly interested in the long-term patterns of moundscape of the western fringe of the Pontic steppe from Prehistory to Middle Ages and advanced GIS methods in archaeology.
